The last year has been tough on everyone, but performers who make their livings through live music have been among the groups hardest hit by the pandemic. Freelance musicians, many of whom did not qualify for government support, desperately need our help more than ever. This special Festival will support musicians, getting them back on the stage and earning their livings again.

Beethoven’s 250th birthday celebrations may have been muted by the pandemic, but these performances for his 251st year will be a truly special musical encounter, as we all come together again after a year of silence. Your support will mean everything to young musicians who have lost their livelihoods in the last year. We hope that you will join us.
